Wood Preservative

It is an alkyd resin based, decorative protective paint. It provides a superior protection against insects and blue fungi that damage and change the color by penetrating deeply into the wood. It extends the life of the product. It is also used for the purpose of coloring the floor.

Application Area

It is a high UV resistant glossy varnish produced for the purpose of protecting the wood, which has been previously applied or impregnated with wood preservatives, without spoiling the appearance of new wooden surfaces, all kinds of joinery, facade cladding and garden furniture in exterior use.

Application Method

It should be applied to wooden surfaces. The surface must be cleaned from oil stains, dust, old paint and varnish residues. When applying on hard woods, the surface must first be cleaned with a cloth soaked in organic solvents such as cellulosic thinner. It is applied in two or three layers with an interval of 24 hours. In order to obtain a homogeneous color, it should be applied towards the direction of the pores in the wood.

Storage

It can be stored for two years in its original packaging, in an environment of 5-35°C, out of direct sunlight. It should be protected from extreme temperatures, humidity and frost.
